The purpose of the audit is to form a professional opinion on the statements based on the evaluation of the conclusions made on the basis of the audit evidence obtained.
During the audit we will review the company's compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, affecting the company's financial statements.
The audit will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law on Accounting №402-FZ dated 06.12.2011 and mandatory standards applicable in the Russian Federation.
Two new standards - FSBU 5/2019 and FSBU 25/2018, as well as an update of one of the existing ones - PBU 18/02 - were approved by the orders of the Ministry of Finance. The obligation to apply them is introduced sequentially:
- PBU 18/02 - from 2020 reporting (order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation № 236n);
- FSBU 5/2019 - from the statements for 2021 (Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation № 180n);
- FSBU 25/2018 - from reporting for 2022 (Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation № 208n).
Our auditors will support the transition to the new standards:
- develop a methodology;
- update accounting policies;
- adjust the registers for the correct calculation and, if necessary,
